Welcome to Castle Hill Tearoom, located at the entrance to the gardens, an ideal place to start or end your visit.
Lunch with us
The perfect setting for enjoying morning coffee, a snack, light lunch or afternoon tea, including a delicious cream tea. Always very welcome after exploring the gardens and woodland. Our menu uses locally sourced and homemade produce wherever we can. We offer gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. For any other specific dietary requirements please speak to a member of the team who will be able to advise. We grow a selection of fruit and vegetables at the estate in our Walled Garden vegetable plot and frequently you will find the fruits of our labour for sale at the tearoom - from green beans to apricots to homemade jam to bunches of flowers. Visitors are welcome to eat in the tearoom without visiting the gardens.

For groups of 15 or more, we can take pre-bookings for visits to our tea room. You may wish to order a light lunch or cream tea in advance for your party and all be seated together to enjoy your lunch with a view. Please contact [email protected] if you would like to make a booking.
